Cast up cast up the highway means remove stones doubt fear old scripts that block the road to manifestation. Lift up a standard for the people is the firm repeated affirmation of your desired state. The proclamation that thy salvation cometh is your inner assurance that the I AM has declared your success and is working it now; the reward and work before him point to the natural outcome of living from that state. When you dwell in that assumption you awaken to a reality already completed in consciousness and the outer world follows.
