Isles of Wealth and the I Am

Isaiah 60:9 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Isaiah 60 in context

Scripture Focus

9Surely the isles shall wait for me, and the ships of Tarshish first, to bring thy sons from far, their silver and their gold with them, unto the name of the LORD thy God, and to the Holy One of Israel, because he hath glorified thee.
Isaiah 60:9

Biblical Context

Isaiah 60:9 speaks of distant isles and ships bringing wealth to honor the LORD, because God has glorified you.

Neville's Inner Vision

In this verse the isles and Tarshish ships are not distant lands but states of consciousness awaiting recognition by your I AM. The silver and gold are not mere metal but the inner riches of a mind that has chosen to identify with its divine nature. When it says they bring these things unto the name of the LORD thy God, and to the Holy One of Israel, it proclaims your elevation: you are glorified by your own indwelling Presence. The I AM directs scene and substance; imagination rightly held becomes the vehicle through which abundance moves from inner realization to outer manifestation. As you dwell in the awareness that the I AM has prepared these ships, you align your inner proportion with the divine order: what you seek is already complete in consciousness. The world responds to the state you inhabit, not to the lack you lament. The universe leans toward you because you acknowledge your true greatness, and visible provisions follow as the fruit of that inner glorification.

Practice This Now

Imaginative Act: Sit quietly and imagine the ships of Tarshish docking in your life, bearing silver and gold as signs of your inner I AM. Revise doubt with the conviction, 'I am already glorified,' and feel the wealth as real now.
