Seed to Nation: Inner Growth
Isaiah 60:21-22 - A Neville Goddard interpretation
Read Isaiah 60 in context
Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
The passage promises that God’s people will become all righteous and inherit the land forever; from a small beginning, a mighty nation grows, hastened by the Lord in divine timing.
Neville's Inner Vision
Your inner world is the land spoken of. The I AM is the gardener; the 'branch of my planting' is your present conviction. When you identify with a seed of righteousness, that seed awakens as a thousand-strong state of consciousness. The 'little one' is not external; it is the inner act of believing, imagining, and agreeing with your divine nature. The Lord will hasten it in his time means: align your inner conviction with the timeless I AM, and transformation unfolds at the precise moment in experience. Do not seek outward signs; the change comes as inner movement of consciousness that ripens into outward form. The righteous condition redefines your relationship to land—the life areas you inhabit in awareness. The work of God is the work of your own hands; your imagination completes the planting. See yourself as both gardener and land you inherit; the more you dwell in this truth, the more your world becomes a living expression of fulfillment. Now practice the assumption that you are the branch growing toward a thousand, and feel it real.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and assume, 'I am the righteous land that inherits forever,' then feel the expansion of consciousness as if it is already so.
