Inner Nourishment of Sovereign I Am

Isaiah 60:16 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Isaiah 60 in context

Scripture Focus

16Thou shalt also suck the milk of the Gentiles, and shalt suck the breast of kings: and thou shalt know that I the LORD am thy Saviour and thy Redeemer, the mighty One of Jacob.
Isaiah 60:16

Biblical Context

Isaiah 60:16 speaks of nourishment and blessing flowing from Gentiles and kings, signaling that the LORD is the true savior and redeemer. It invites you to awaken your inner sovereignty.

Neville's Inner Vision

The verse is a psychological map. 'Thou shalt suck the milk of the Gentiles' is not about geography but about drawing vitality from the wide world of your own thoughts and experiences. The Gentiles and kings symbolize external authorities and ideas you have allowed to feed your sense of self. When you cultivate the assumption that such nourishment is yours by right, you are practicing alignment with the I AM—the LORD within—who is your savior and redeemer, the mighty One of Jacob. This is the inner sovereignty awakening: you permit your inner king to drink deeply from every source, yet all is drawn from the same divine source. As you persist in feeling supported, your outer life will echo that abundance. The condition of being nourished becomes the proof that the inner I AM has asserted authority, and you begin to live from the desired state rather than waiting for external validation.

Practice This Now

Assume the feeling now that nourishment flows to you from the world; for five minutes, imagine Gentiles and kings pouring milk into you, declaring, I am the LORD's Saviour and Redeemer within.
