Read Isaiah 59 in context

Scripture Focus

20And the Redeemer shall come to Zion, and unto them that turn from transgression in Jacob, saith the LORD.
21As for me, this is my covenant with them, saith the LORD; My spirit that is upon thee, and my words which I have put in thy mouth, shall not depart out of thy mouth, nor out of the mouth of thy seed, nor out of the mouth of thy seed's seed, saith the LORD, from henceforth and for ever.
Isaiah 59:20-21

Biblical Context

God promises the Redeemer comes to Zion for those who turn from transgression. He binds a lasting covenant: His Spirit and His words will dwell in you and your descendants forever.

Neville's Inner Vision

Zion is the field of your awareness, and the Redeemer is the realized I AM that stands in the theater of your imagination. When you turn from transgression, you do not plead for mercy; you shift into the state of your higher self, where guilt dissolves into the certainty that you are already forgiven and whole. The covenant is not a distant contract but the awareness that Spirit rests upon you and the words you utter come forth as living law. Your inner speech and your outward words are the same divine breath, shaping your world and your lineage as you persist in the feeling of the truth. The words I have put in your mouth are not separate from you; they are the living instrument by which you create. From henceforth and for ever is the cadence of an eternal state you may inhabit now by a simple turning of attention: consciousness choosing itself as the Redeemer.

Practice This Now

Imaginatively act: assume the state that the Redeemer is already come to Zion within you, and for a few minutes repeat, 'I am the Redeemer; Zion is my awareness now.' Feel the Spirit and My words dwelling in your mouth as living reality.
