Inner Presence Over Separation

Isaiah 59:1-2 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Isaiah 59 in context

Scripture Focus

1Behold, the LORD's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear:
2But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.
Isaiah 59:1-2

Biblical Context

God is ready to save and hear, but iniquities create a separation between people and God. The passage invites turning back to awareness of divine presence.

Neville's Inner Vision

Beloved, the so-called distance in Isaiah 59:1–2 is not a ledger entry written in heaven, but a condition of your own consciousness. The hand that saves and the ear that hears are the inner faculties of awareness you already possess. When you say your iniquities separate you from God, you are naming a belief that you have accepted as true about yourself. The truth is that you and God are one I AM, and hearing is constant whenever you dwell in that I AM. Therefore do not plead for salvation from without; revise your sense of self until it feels natural to affirm, 'I am heard now. I am one with the Presence.' Let go of guilt as a verdict and treat it as a mistake to be corrected by a stronger image of your oneness with God. Each moment offers a chance to align with the state that already contains your answer. If you hold to the conviction that you are beloved, forgiven, and fully attended by consciousness, the outward world will begin to reflect that inner synthesis. Assume the state of being already saved and heard, and watch the sense of separation dissolve.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and revise aloud: 'I am One with God; I am heard now.' Feel the presence of the I AM flooding your chest, dissolving any sense of separation.
