Read Isaiah 57 in context

Scripture Focus

18I have seen his ways, and will heal him: I will lead him also, and restore comforts unto him and to his mourners.
Isaiah 57:18

Biblical Context

Isaiah 57:18 promises healing, guidance, and restored comfort for the afflicted; God sees the ways of a person and responds with restoration. Plainly, it speaks of inner renewal, not distant intervention.

Neville's Inner Vision

From the Neville Goddard perspective, Isaiah 57:18 reveals that healing, guidance, and restored comfort are outcomes of your inner state becoming aware of itself. 'I have seen his ways' points to recognizing the patterns of your own consciousness—the thoughts and feelings you have repeated. When you acknowledge them, the I AM, your true awareness, responds as healing energy moving within you. To 'heal him' is to grant the feeling of wellness you now assume; to 'lead him' is to be guided by your higher Self into new comforts; and to that end, the restoration of comforts for the mourners is the revival of ease in your inner climate and your circle. The promise invites you to revise the past by dwelling in the state you desire, knowing the I AM is always present and active in your life. Your task is to remain in that state now, letting imagination do the work, until what you imagine settles into your waking experience.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes, place a hand on your chest, and repeat I AM healing my life now. Imagine a warm current of guidance flowing through you, leading you to a scene of comfort and ease.
