Waters Within Covenant Life
Isaiah 55:1-5 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
Isaiah 55:1-5 invites everyone to come to God and drink nourishment freely, promising life and an everlasting covenant. It also speaks of an inner leadership and the gathering of nations drawn to that divine state.
Neville's Inner Vision
Your thirst is a signal, not a deficit. When you listen to the invitation and drink without money, you are drinking from the consciousness that never lacks. The waters represent awareness, and to buy without price means to assent to a state of being you already possess. Eat that which is good: the idea that you are loved, guided, and eternally provided. Let your soul delight itself in fatness—the fullness that comes when desire aligns with the I AM. Incline your ear to the inward voice, not to voices outside, for in hearing you live; in living you fulfill the covenant that God already made with you. The 'sure mercies of David' are the inner promises of strength, leadership, and witness bestowed on your consciousness. Behold, a nation unknown to you shall run unto you because you have awakened to the Lord your God within; nothing happens by chance, for all movement is a movement of your imagination. The covenant is not waiting in time; it is the present state of awareness by which you are glorified and all nations are drawn to the light you are.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and assume the state of one who has access to the waters of the I AM; mentally declare, 'I have the covenant now,' and feel the living water flowing through you, nourishing every part of your being.
