Establishing Righteousness Within

Isaiah 54:14 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Isaiah 54 in context

Scripture Focus

14In righteousness shalt thou be established: thou shalt be far from oppression; for thou shalt not fear: and from terror; for it shall not come near thee.
Isaiah 54:14

Biblical Context

The verse promises you will be established in righteousness, far from oppression, and free from fear and terror. It asserts that such fear cannot approach when your inner state is aligned with righteousness.

Neville's Inner Vision

To the one who tunes to the I AM, Isaiah 54:14 becomes an inner law, not a distant promise. Establishment in righteousness is a present state you consciously assume, not a future condition you must earn. Oppression and terror are movements of the mind—shadows that vanish when you recognize the I AM as your constant center. By affirming, 'I am established in righteousness,' you anchor a stable consciousness and invite the feeling of safety to occupy the throne of your mind. From this center, fear appears as a rumor you refuse to rehearse. You become far from oppression because your attention rests on the unassailable I AM. Outer conditions may shout, yet they cannot reach the inner citadel you have chosen to inhabit. Imagination is the instrument that makes this real; the end you seek already exists in consciousness, awaiting your steadfast recognition.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and assume the state: 'I am established in righteousness.' Feel it as a steady center in your chest and imagine a light barrier shielding you from oppression and fear.
