To arise is to assume a higher vantage point within your mind, and to sit down is to claim rest and rulership in the present moment. You are the captive daughter of Zion no longer; you are the liberating I AM, asserting itself here and now. This shift happens in consciousness, not in history; it happens as you witness a new feeling-state, and then it becomes your outer life. The inner win becomes the outer world as imagination grows into reality.
