Scripture Focus

26And he will lift up an ensign to the nations from far, and will hiss unto them from the end of the earth: and, behold, they shall come with speed swiftly:
Isaiah 5:26

Biblical Context

Isaiah 5:26 speaks of lifting a signal to the distant nations, and they respond quickly. In Neville's view, the 'nations' are parts of your own consciousness, and the signal you raise within determines what moves you.

Neville's Inner Vision

Consider the verse as an inner instruction. The 'nations' are the many states within your mind—desire, doubt, memory, courage—awaiting a clear sign. To 'lift up an ensign' is to declare, with unwavering certainty, that what you seek is already yours. The 'hiss' is imagination calling attention to the signal you plant in the inner atmosphere. When you inhabit the feeling-state of fulfillment, the inner air rearranges itself and the outer world responds in kind, often swiftly and in forms you did not anticipate. The timing is not the clocking of external events but the tempo of your inner knowing. Do not chase results; cultivate the feeling of having already received. Your attention must rest on the envisioned end and on the conviction that that end is already real, for that inner signal draws the right scenes, conversations, and opportunities toward you. Persist, and the inner movements—vital, swift, and precise—will echo as outward events that mirror your inner signal.

Practice This Now

Imaginative Act: Choose a single desire, raise a clear inner signal—an image or banner—in your mind, and feel the truth of it as already accomplished; repeat daily until it manifests.
