Read Isaiah 49 in context

Scripture Focus

9That thou mayest say to the prisoners, Go forth; to them that are in darkness, Shew yourselves. They shall feed in the ways, and their pastures shall be in all high places.
Isaiah 49:9

Biblical Context

Isaiah 49:9 speaks of freeing prisoners and awakening those in darkness. It promises nourishment and freedom as paths open in high places.

Neville's Inner Vision

Your prisoners are states of consciousness you have allowed to rule your inner theater. Darkness is the temporary blindness of identifying with lack. When you hear the command, Go forth; when you acknowledge Shew yourselves, you are simply deciding in imagination that your present belief about yourself is finished. The time is now for the inner minister to rise and walk in the ways and pastures of your true I AM. As you persist in the assumption that you are free, you cease identifying with the old story and you begin to feed upon a new state—one where every path (the ways) becomes inviting paths, every high place of awareness supports you, and sustenance comes from the awareness itself, not external conditions. The promise is not about changing geography but changing your consciousness: to reveal your light and step into the field of your inherent abundance. This is deliverance; this is salvation; this is peace in your present moment.

Practice This Now

In a quiet moment, assume the feeling of your freedom—'I AM free now'—and stay with it for five minutes; revise the belief, 'I am not enough,' into 'I am enough, I am free.'
