Inner Covenant of Creation
Isaiah 45:8-10 - A Neville Goddard interpretation
Read Isaiah 45 in context
Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
The passage calls the heavens and the earth to reveal righteousness and salvation. It warns against contending with the Maker and affirms that the LORD created it.
Neville's Inner Vision
Here the inner state is called to rest in itself. The heavens and the earth are not distant objects but symbols of your awareness responding to I am. When you strive with the maker you pretend you lack the power to imagine and the sense of self rises in resistance. The verse invites you to surrender the illusion that you are separate from the act of creation and to recognize that I am the Lord has created it in you. Your life becomes the field where righteousness and salvation spring up together as you accept the order you already inhabit. Do not resist the forms you presently wear in mind and body; see them as the clay in the potter s hands and choose to align your consciousness with the creative act that formed them. In that alignment you cease arguing with your maker and you awaken to a state of calm power where the world outwardly reflects the harmony you hold inwardly. Practice this: assume the presence of righteousness and salvation now, and let the inner vision do the work of manifesting it in your life.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and imagine the heavens pouring righteousness and the earth opening to bring forth salvation. Affirm gently, I am the Lord; I have created it, and I now feel it real in this moment.
