Within The Lord's Just Salvation

Isaiah 45:21 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Isaiah 45 in context

Scripture Focus

21Tell ye, and bring them near; yea, let them take counsel together: who hath declared this from ancient time? who hath told it from that time? have not I the LORD? and there is no God else beside me; a just God and a Saviour; there is none beside me.
Isaiah 45:21

Biblical Context

Isaiah 45:21 proclaims that the LORD is the only God, the just one and Savior, and invites us to seek counsel within. It points to the inner source of guidance and salvation.

Neville's Inner Vision

Isaiah 45:21 whispers to the reader that there is but one power in the universe—the I AM—and that power speaks as the Lord, the just God and Savior, within my own being. When I tell my thoughts to come near, to lay aside fear and argument, I am simply inviting the inner counsel to decide what is true. The ancient question, who has declared this from time immemorial, dissolves in the light that I AM is the sole authority; there is no other God beside me. In Neville’s mode, salvation is not future deliverance from circumstances but a state of consciousness in which I align with the one perfect law that governs all: the I AM that I am. As I dwell in that awareness, I find that every decision, every sensation of right action, has already been given by the Lord within me. The “just God and Savior” becomes not a distant person but the felt continuity of awareness that revives me, guides me, and saves me from fear by proving through imagination the truth of oneness.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and affirm, 'There is only the I AM within me.' Imagine the Lord as your inner counselor and feel the sense of salvation now, right where you stand.
