Biblical Context
Fear not, for I am with thee; your seed will be gathered from the east and west, from the north and south. This image portrays a universal return, a divine gathering that begins in consciousness and finds expression in your life.
Neville's Inner Vision
Isaiah speaks not of distant lands, but of the I AM you are. The words fear not and I am with thee point to your own present awareness; that unconditioned consciousness is the gathering power. The seed is your deepest desires, gifts, and relationships, scattered through the mind until you claim them as one. East and west, north and south are the directions of your entire inner field, each quadrant awaiting the state that loves and recognizes them as real. When you say this promise aloud or in prayer, you are not asking God to move places; you are moving your inner state to one of unity. The northern voice that says Give up and the southern voice that says Keep not back become allies in your inner reconciliation. As you persist in the assumption of the fulfilled gathering, the outer scenes shift to mirror the new wholeness you hold. This is Neville’s method: believe it in the I AM now, feel the wish as already complete, and let the exiled parts of your mind return to their rightful place in your life.
Practice This Now
Imaginative act: Close your eyes, rest in the I AM, and assume the scene as already real by stating I am with thee and I gather my seed from east and west now, feeling the reunion.
