Isaiah 43:10 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Isaiah 43 in context

Scripture Focus

10Ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me.
Isaiah 43:10

Biblical Context

The passage calls you to be God’s witnesses and his chosen servant, to know and believe Him, recognizing that God is the I AM. It also declares there is no other god before or after.

Neville's Inner Vision

Imagine the Lord addressing you as the center of your own consciousness, the I AM that you are. When Isaiah says you are 'my witnesses' and 'my servant whom I have chosen,' understand you are invited to assume a state of awakened awareness, not awaiting a distant event. To know and believe Him means placing your certainty in the one Power you identify as I AM. There is no external God formed before you or after; all so-called gods arise from your thoughts and where you place your attention. The verse invites you to align your inner world with the truth of the I AM so that your outer life bears witness to it. Your faith is not a bargain with chance but a steadfast state of consciousness that remembers its source. Practice becoming the one who witnesses from within, not the spectator of events. When you dwell in the feeling of being the I AM—the constant self-awareness that never changes—the world shifts to reflect that truth.

Practice This Now

Practice: Sit quietly, repeat 'I AM' as the witness within, and feel the certainty of the I AM witnessing every moment. Revise a current worry by assuming it is already resolved in that steadfast consciousness.
