Scripture Focus

30And this shall be a sign unto thee, Ye shall eat this year such as groweth of itself; and the second year that which springeth of the same: and in the third year sow ye, and reap, and plant vineyards, and eat the fruit thereof.
31And the remnant that is escaped of the house of Judah shall again take root downward, and bear fruit upward:
32For out of Jerusalem shall go forth a remnant, and they that escape out of mount Zion: the zeal of the LORD of hosts shall do this.
Isaiah 37:30-32

Biblical Context

The sign declares that after two years of self-generated sustenance, the third year brings deliberate sowing and harvest; a remnant will take root downward and bear fruit upward, proving renewal comes from the inner Lord within.

Neville's Inner Vision

Consider this as a teaching in the psychology of supply. The year of self-sown fruit is the period when your attention rests on appearances of lack; the second year is the slight movement of the same thought, still not choosing; and the third year is the decisive act of trusting your inner I AM and planting anew in the soil of consciousness. When the remnant takes root downward, your awareness sinks into a deeper, steadier sense of being beyond fluctuating conditions, and you bear fruit upward as outward results align with a living conviction. The zeal of the LORD of hosts is not external force but the creative energy of imagination when harmonized with faith. Jerusalem or Mount Zion represents your center of awareness where the remnant is gathered; the sign itself is a cue that you can begin with what grows of itself, and gradually, with disciplined inner revision, move to sow and reap from a new sensation of sufficiency. You are the remnant; you are the root and the fruit; the divine insistence is that you awaken to the I AM within and see reality change.

Practice This Now

Imaginative act: Sit quietly and declare I am the sign this moment the soil of my mind yields what I need without struggle. Then dwell in the feeling of abundance for several breaths and notice a shift in perception that makes the next action feel natural.
