To the believer who accepts that states are realities within consciousness, Isaiah 33:21 reveals not a geography but an inner law. The phrase 'there the glorious LORD will be unto us' points to the I AM, present awareness, becoming the scenery of your mind—an open expanse of broad rivers and streams where the clamor of war cannot reach. When you dwell in that inner sanctuary, outer threats lose their claim; the galleys and ships representing fear and lack cannot pass through your mind’s channels. Providence flows within you as life’s currents, carrying every need in the living water of consciousness. Peace and abundance arise as you cease contending with appearances and rest your attention in Presence. The state is real because the I AM is your very seeing; the world you behold becomes the world you inhabit, guided by divine presence within.
