When you acknowledge the I AM as your only defense, you disarm limitation and invite a steady stream of supply: 'bread shall be given him; his waters shall be sure' becoming your felt reality as you imagine from the end. The verse invites you to live from the end, to feel the security that already exists in the inner kingdom. Providence isn't out there; it is the gracious activity of your own consciousness, responding to the assumption you persist in. If fear arises, revise the scene until you feel the assurance of shelter, nourishment, and refreshment, and allow your outward world to reflect that inward truth.
