Inner Eyes, Clear Ears, Plain Speech

Isaiah 32:3-4 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Isaiah 32 in context

Scripture Focus

3And the eyes of them that see shall not be dim, and the ears of them that hear shall hearken.
4The heart also of the rash shall understand knowledge, and the tongue of the stammerers shall be ready to speak plainly.
Isaiah 32:3-4

Biblical Context

Isaiah 32:3-4 speaks of restored perception and expression: eyes that see are not dim, ears that hear hearken. The heart of the rash will understand knowledge, and the tongue of the stammerers will speak plainly.

Neville's Inner Vision

You are not a separate observer of this scripture but the I AM in motion. When you consent to the wholeness of your awareness, the ‘eyes’ within you grow clear and the ‘ears’ within you attend to truth without distraction. The heart that acts rashly becomes the heart that understands knowledge, and the tongue that once stammered finds fluency, speaking plainly because your inner life is aligned with nonresistance. This is not a distant prophecy but a present conversion of consciousness: perception, discernment, and expression are healed as you assume the state of inner seeing, inner hearing, and inner knowing. Imagination is the instrument; your feeling of the wish fulfilled is the call that awakens these faculties. Rest in the I AM, and the outer world will reflect the inner clarity it already holds.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and imagine you are seeing with unclouded vision, hearing with perfect precision, and speaking with ease and plainness; then, silently affirm, 'I am seeing clearly, I hear rightly, my words are plain and true,' and feel it real now.
