Illuminated Waters Within
Isaiah 30:25-26 - A Neville Goddard interpretation
Read Isaiah 30 in context
Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
It speaks of inner renewal, where mountains of resistance yield rivers of life. Light deepens to heal the breach within.
Neville's Inner Vision
Consider these lines as a map of your inner kingdom. The high mountains are your fixed beliefs, the hills your stubborn attitudes. In inner imagination, rivers and streams appear on every height, carrying living water that cools and renews the entire terrain. This is the day when your inner towers fall—your old defenses dissolving under conscious awareness. 'The light of the moon shall be as the light of the sun' invites you to trust subtler perception, that your awareness can glow with sunshine even in dim moments. And the sun's light becoming sevenfold is an invitation to sevenfold clarity, a thriving expansion of consciousness. When the Lord binds up the breach of his people and heals the stroke of their wound, you are invited to realize that this healing is the work of your I AM, not external events. By assuming your oneness with the I AM, you seal the breach and allow old wounds to be redeemed. This is salvation and renewal—the birth of a new creation within you, a state of wholeness that remains available here and now through the imagination you insist upon as real.
Practice This Now
Imaginative act: Assume the state 'I AM healed' and feel it real now. In a quiet moment, picture rivers flowing over your highest thoughts, washing away the breach.
