Zion Within, Weeping Ends

Isaiah 30:19 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Isaiah 30 in context

Scripture Focus

19For the people shall dwell in Zion at Jerusalem: thou shalt weep no more: he will be very gracious unto thee at the voice of thy cry; when he shall hear it, he will answer thee.
Isaiah 30:19

Biblical Context

The verse promises a people dwelling in Zion where tears cease; God's gracious listening turns your cry into an answered prayer.

Neville's Inner Vision

To Neville, Zion is a state of consciousness, not a geographical locale. The verse says you shall dwell there and weep no more because the I AM is gracious when you call. Your cry is not a separate petition to a distant God, but the stirring of your own longing that awakens you to a new inner state. When you align with the I AM and imagine from the end, grace pours into awareness as the natural response to that settled state. The promise, 'he will answer thee,' becomes a description of your mind answering itself, as you hold the image and the feeling of being heard. You do not coax God to change; you revise your inner assumption until the feeling of fullness is present here and now. Thus the end of sorrow comes with the recognition that you live in Zion, where grace is given and the future answers itself through your present state.

Practice This Now

Assume you are dwelling in Zion now; feel the cry as already answered. Rest in the sense of grace flowing through your awareness, knowing the I AM hears and returns.
