Within Isaiah’s line, God is not distant but the I AM inside, the teacher who trains you in discretion. Your state of consciousness becomes the classroom; when you quiet the mind and assume the role of the taught, inner instruction arises. You do not seek from outside; you let the I AM reveal what to choose by a felt certainty that settles in your chest and nerves. The word instruct becomes a lived feeling of right direction, a clear sense of what to do next that aligns with truth and faithfulness. Obedience here means remaining faithful to the inner tutor even when appearances waver, trusting that the inner teaching is sufficient. Practice it by assuming the presence of guidance, revising doubt as you would revise a false narrative, and feeling the truth of I am taught until it saturates your being and becomes your habit.
