Purity Through Inner Alignment

Biblical Context
Isaiah 22:14 declares that certain iniquities will not be purged until death, warning of a lasting consequence if misalignment remains. It points to the futility of external rites apart from inner transformation.
Neville's Inner Vision
In the inner theatre of the mind, the verse is a call to wake from the belief that guilt and unpurified states must linger. The 'LORD of hosts' is the I AM within you, the governing awareness that reveals the quality of your present consciousness. The claim that iniquity cannot be purged until death shows that any cleansing comes not from outward ritual but from a shift in inner state. As long as you hold to the feeling of guilt as real, your life will echo that belief, repeating conditions born of it. Yet you can rewrite the scene now by assuming a new state: that you are one with divine purity, that your mind is in right relation with itself, and that you are always complete. When you inhabit that assumption and feel it as real, the old sense of guilt loosens its hold, and the inner atmosphere changes, dissolving the old condition without external ritual.
Practice This Now
Imaginative Act: Sit quietly and, as if the inner ear were listening, assume the I AM pronounces your guilt dissolved. Feel and say, 'I am purified now,' letting that new state saturate your heart for five to ten minutes.
