Inner Sanctified Command

Isaiah 13:3 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Isaiah 13 in context

Scripture Focus

3I have commanded my sanctified ones, I have also called my mighty ones for mine anger, even them that rejoice in my highness.
Isaiah 13:3

Biblical Context

God declares that holy, purified powers are summoned to act with righteous force, rejoicing in His majesty. The verse presents inner states as a divine commission and alignment with authority.

Neville's Inner Vision

Within you, the verse asks you to acknowledge sanctified beings already present as you. The 'sanctified ones' are the purified states of consciousness—awareness unmixed with fear, integrity, compassion, and steady purpose. The 'mighty ones' are your inner faculties—imagination, memory, will—that God calls forth to act for His anger, which is really disciplined energy correcting mistaken ideas. When you inhabit the feeling that the I AM commands them, you are not waiting for some distant event; you are enacting the divine chain of command inside. The I AM is the throne of awareness, and to rejoice in His highness is to rest in that throne while your inner powers exercise authority over your thoughts, circumstances, and reactions. The inner movements of knowing, aligning, and declaring become the outward conditions you experience. So the verse invites you to rehearse a state of readiness: imagine, revise, and feel it real that you are governed by the I AM, with your sanctified ones carrying out the will with calm, righteous power.

Practice This Now

Imaginative act: Assume, vividly, 'I am sanctified, I command my mighty ones now.' Close your eyes, breathe, and feel your inner powers marching through your mind to restore order and crown the I AM in every scene.
