Scripture Focus

3And shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the LORD: and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears:
Isaiah 11:3

Biblical Context

Isaiah 11:3 speaks of a depth of understanding born from reverence to the LORD, choosing inner truth over outward appearances.

Neville's Inner Vision

Within you, the 'fear of the LORD' is not fear in terror but reverent alignment with the I AM—the Supreme One within. The quick understanding Isaiah promises arises when consciousness refuses to be governed by what the eyes see or what the ears report. If you catch yourself judging by appearances, you are under the spell of outer senses; revise your state to the one where the I AM perceives all things as they are, from cause to effect. In that state, judgment becomes discernment: you read the inner dynamics and motives, not the surface form. The inner man knows truth because truth is the nature of your own consciousness; the appearances merely reflect your current belief about separation. By dwelling in the reverent I AM, you let your inner sight dissolve confusion and reveal alignment, purpose, and right action. Practice shifts your perception from reaction to realization. Every moment you remind yourself 'I am the I AM,' you restore the inner director who judges righteously from within, not by sight or ear.

Practice This Now

Imaginative Act: Assume the I AM as the seat of true understanding. When judgments arise from appearances, revise them by declaring 'I judge by inner truth' and feel that truth as already true.
