Inner Unity, Outer Victory
Isaiah 11:13-14 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
The verse portrays two tribes shedding envy and choosing harmony. United, they overcome external adversaries.
Neville's Inner Vision
Within the verse, Ephraim and Judah are symbolical states of consciousness that have been at odds. The envy and vexation are inner attitudes of separation, the belief that parts of you are in opposition. When that inner division dissolves, the adversaries are cut off; the two halves of your mind cease to contend, and they move as one force. The graphic 'flying upon the shoulders of the Philistines toward the west' becomes the image of your unified self riding the burdens of fear and projecting victory to the world you once judged as hostile. By laying hands on Edom and Moab—outer conditions that represented constraint—you claim mastery over those conditions, and even the Ammon of others yields to your inner authority. In Neville's terms, the Kingdom of God is a present state you assume, not a prophecy you await. When you inhabit this oneness, deliverance follows as the natural result of your assumption and the feeling of already being what you desire. Your present consciousness becomes the map of your future.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and declare I am one with all parts of my being; envy and separation are dissolved. Feel the unity and imagine moving forward over what once blocked you, as if victory is already yours for a few minutes.
