Inner Reconciliation Of Self

Isaiah 11:13 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Isaiah 11 in context

Scripture Focus

13The envy also of Ephraim shall depart, and the adversaries of Judah shall be cut off: Ephraim shall not envy Judah, and Judah shall not vex Ephraim.
Isaiah 11:13

Biblical Context

Isaiah 11:13 speaks of envy between Ephraim and Judah fading away and their adversaries being cut off, until neither envies nor vexes the other.

Neville's Inner Vision

Within you, Ephraim and Judah symbolize two inner dispositions that have long opposed one another. Envy is the belief that one part must lack for another to prevail; the adversaries are the restless thoughts that keep you split. Isaiah’s verse is awakened psychology: when the I AM rules as inner king, Ephraim will not envy Judah, and Judah will not vex Ephraim. The two halves stop fighting because you have claimed unity in awareness; the sense of separation dissolves as you assume the end and feel it as real. This Neville reading invites you to revise your inner scene: declare that your whole being stands in harmony, and dwell in that harmony until it saturates your sensing. Your outer world will reflect the inner reconciliation; peace ceases to be an external achievement and becomes your native state. Remember, the unity you seek is already complete in the I AM, awaiting your recognition and living through your feeling of reign.

Practice This Now

Imaginative act: Sit quietly, breathe into the I AM, and picture Ephraim and Judah meeting with open arms; dissolve envy and vexation, then declare I am one inner kingdom and feel the unity now.
