When the Spirit of the LORD rests upon you, your inner faculties awaken: wisdom to discern the unseen, understanding to see things as they are, counsel to choose rightly, might to sustain your decisions, knowledge to know truth, and the fear of the LORD as reverent awe that keeps you aligned with divine order. This is not future power external to you; it is your own consciousness becoming aware of itself.
