Childlike Clarity Within The Forest

Isaiah 10:19 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Isaiah 10 in context

Scripture Focus

19And the rest of the trees of his forest shall be few, that a child may write them.
Isaiah 10:19

Biblical Context

The verse says the forest's remnant will be so small a child could write them. It points to a reduced outer circumstance that reveals an inner, writable reality.

Neville's Inner Vision

Listen: the 'rest of the trees' are not outside you but the usable thoughts and images your consciousness permits right now. When the world seems to thin—the exile of breadth in your outer life—this thinning is the invitation to discover what you have kept alive in your inner kingdom. The 'child' who writes them is the living I AM, your fresh imagination untainted by fear, ready to inscribe a new order. Do not resist the removal; rather, treat it as a diagnostic that your awareness has chosen this state to reveal the few, essential trees by which life will express itself. By consenting to a minimalist inner landscape, you free your creative energy to operate through simple, definite images. Your job is to feel it as done, to accept that these few trees are all that is necessary for the next chapter. You are the author of your inner forest, and what you write births your reality into form.

Practice This Now

Imaginative_act: Assume the mind has only three remaining, essential trees; write them clearly as a child would on a chalkboard and feel them already real.
