Return to Inner Mercy
Hosea 6:1-6 - A Neville Goddard interpretation
Read Hosea 6 in context
Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
Hosea invites an inward return to the LORD, promising healing after injury and revival; true knowing comes from mercy and a living relationship with God, not ritual.
Neville's Inner Vision
From the I AM viewpoint, the tearing and binding are inner shifts, not external events. Hosea invites you to return to the LORD within, for when you turn there, healing begins as the I AM folds the scattered pieces of self into one radiant awareness. The two days and the third day are the cycles of your own consciousness—an interval of sense-bound limitation followed by the awakening to Reality as God’s sight upon you. If you follow on to know the LORD, his going forth is your morning, and he comes like rain—both latter and former—refreshing the soil of your mind. Ephraim and Judah’s morning cloud is the illusion of a separate self that thinks it can stay dry; the real truth is mercy over ritual, and the knowledge of God is the currency you claim now. I have not sent you to sacrifice; I have taught you to feel the mercy and to know Him within. Your judgments are simply the light that reveals your unity with the divine.
Practice This Now
Assume you are already healed; in your mind, feel the I AM draw every part of you into one radiant self and affirm, 'I am healed now.' Hold that feeling until it is your lived state.
