Jezreel Within: Inner Kingdom
Hosea 1:4 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
God commands Hosea to name his son Jezreel, signaling a coming judgment that will end the kingdom of Israel.
Neville's Inner Vision
Jezreel in this text is not a person but a sign I place in my own consciousness. The command to call his name Jezreel speaks to me of a coming shift in my inner weather. The 'blood of Jezreel' is the residue of past actions I still carry as memory, a leverage of old judgment. The phrase 'yet a little while' marks a transitional season in my state of being, during which the old regime—the kingdom of the house of Israel in me—begins to fade. In the I AM, this is not punishment but a rearrangement of awareness, a divine revision that dissolves separation and fear. As I align with that I AM, the inner kingdom ceases to be a fixed throne and becomes a fluid field of creative power. The 'vengeance' spoken is the impersonal law waking within me, clearing away what no longer serves the truth of who I am. I awaken to the realization that a new order is already intended in my consciousness, awaiting the moment I consent to name it Jezreel and let it take its rightful place in my life.
Practice This Now
Imaginative Act: Silently name Jezreel in your mind and feel the I AM already governing this shift; dwell in that assured state until the old patterns dissolve.
