Inner Tabernacle Unveiled
Hebrews 9:6-8 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
The passage contrasts the outer tabernacle’s ongoing service with the inner Holy of Holies, which remains unseen so long as the first tabernacle stands. It signals that true access to the innermost presence is not yet revealed by external ritual alone.
Neville's Inner Vision
Two tabernacles are two states of consciousness. The first is the outward temple of habit—prayers, programs, and works that pretend you stand at a threshold you cannot cross. The second is the inner sanctuary, entered by the high priest when the mind no longer clings to outer forms. In Hebrews, the blood offered yearly signals that the way into the holiest was not yet manifest, because the outer structure still held the mind in place. Now listen: the Holy Ghost witnessing this is your own inner witness—your I AM awareness—that you are still seeking the sacred outside. Neville teaches a simpler way: reverse the order. Assume the end in present tense; feel that the holiest is open now and your inner I AM walks in. Let the belief in separation dissolve as you dwell in the sense of immediate presence. When you revise from the end, the first tabernacle loses its authority and the way into the innermost becomes manifest in your life. The blood of ritual is replaced by a felt reality that you are already home.
Practice This Now
Imagination Act: Close your eyes, breathe, and silently say: 'The way into the holiest is manifest now, I AM dwelling there.' Feel the inner sanctuary as a real place within you, and dwell there for a few minutes until the sense of separation dissolves.
