Crowned With Glory Within
Hebrews 2:7-8 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
Hebrews 2:7-8 describes humanity's exalted status, crowned with glory and honor and set over creation, yet our outward sight does not yet reflect that full subjection.
Neville's Inner Vision
Hebrews 2:7–8 speaks of man’s exalted estate—crowned with glory and honor, set over the works of God’s hands—as a state of consciousness. Neville would say the 'not yet' is not a failing of the divine plan but a misalignment in your inner view. The dominion described is an inner kingly posture, not a distant external arrangement. When you assume the feeling that you are the ruler who has put all things in subjection, you begin to harmonize your inner life with that end. The term 'under his feet' signifies that, in awareness, every appearance is subject to your I AM. The outer world may still show contrast, but the shift occurs inside; you revise by living from the end. If you dwell in the crowned state, you are actively reordering your thoughts, beliefs, and feelings until they reflect dominion—the world follows. The scripture invites you to let imagination govern reality, to awaken to the truth that God’s sovereignty is your consciousness, and your feelings do the creation.
Practice This Now
Sit quietly and assume the end: 'I am crowned with glory and honor; all things are in subjection to my I AM.' Feel the weight of that crown in your mind and let the sense of dominion extend into every perception until outward events align with your inner order.
