Hebrews 2:4 describes God bearing witness through signs, wonders, miracles, and gifts of the Holy Ghost, all according to God's will.
Neville's Inner Vision
In the Neville Goddard lens, the verse is not about external events but a profound inner confirmation. The 'signs' and 'wonders' are felt awakenings within consciousness—moments when you recognize the truth of your I AM. The 'divers miracles' are the numerous shifts in your state of being as you persist in a new assumption, dissolving old limitations and proving to the mind that the unrealized becomes real. The 'gifts of the Holy Ghost' are the inner faculties—discernment, courage, compassion, creative insight—activated by your steadfast dwelling in the I AM. 'According to his own will' points to the willful alignment with your true nature; these confirmations arise from within, not from external petition. When you imagine from the end and feel the reality of your desired state, signs and miracles naturally follow as inner proof. The outer world then reflectively bears witness to the inner decree, not by chance, but by your intentional inner state.
Practice This Now
Assume right now: I am guided by the I AM; feel it as real and let any doubt revise itself. Spend a few minutes tonight dwelling in that state and notice the inner signs that arise.
