Hebrews 12:22-23

Biblical Context

Hebrews 12:22-23 invites you to recognize that you have entered an inner realm—the heavenly Zion, the city of the living God, and the assembly of the firstborn. It places God as judge and the perfected spirits within your consciousness.

Neville's Inner Vision

Do you see that mount Sion is not up in the clouds, but the place where your I AM stands awake? The heavenly Jerusalem is your present states of being, a city you enter by awareness, not by distance. The angels you imagine are the thoughts that attend you when you affirm, I AM. The general assembly and church of the firstborn are the many faculties of awakened mind, each written in heaven as you acknowledge them now. The God who judges is the I AM judging every belief by its truth, and the spirits of just men made perfect are your refined habits, perfected by practice. When you assume that you are already there—in your inner sanctuary—you revise your sense of self, and the outer world rearranges itself to match the inner decree. This is not fantasy but clear alignment of consciousness with itself. Hebrews 12:22-23 invites you to inhabit the state, and by living there you become the embodiment of righteousness, justice, and unity in action.

Practice This Now

Assume the state I am in the heavenly Jerusalem now. Begin to feel Presence in your chest as you repeat I AM; stay there for a few breaths, letting the inner city rearrange your outward experience.
