Inner Faith, Outer Reward

Hebrews 11:6 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Hebrews 11 in context

Scripture Focus

6But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
Hebrews 11:6

Biblical Context

The verse says you cannot please God without faith. It also teaches that God is real and that He rewards those who diligently seek Him.

Neville's Inner Vision

Faith is not a hope wished upon a distant ceiling, but a living recognition that the I AM within you is God and that this I AM rewards your seeking. When you declare I AM here now and identify with the divine power that creates, you are not asking God to bless you from without; you are aligning your entire awareness with the law that makes thought into form. To come to God is to shift your inner state from lack to presence, from doubt to conviction, until the truth feels inevitable. The verse promises a reward for consistent seeking; in inner terms this means your imaginative act becomes the conditions of your life when it is held with feeling. Your dreams are not future events but present facts your inner self rehearses until they manifest externally. Every moment you dwell in the truth of your oneness, you please the inner God and invite reward into your life.

Practice This Now

Imaginative act: close your eyes, revise your inner scene to I AM as already in possession of your desire, and feel that presence as real for one minute.
