10The mountains saw thee, and they trembled: the overflowing of the water passed by: the deep uttered his voice, and lifted up his hands on high.

12Thou didst march through the land in indignation, thou didst thresh the heathen in anger.

13Thou wentest forth for the salvation of thy people, even for salvation with thine anointed; thou woundedst the head out of the house of the wicked, by discovering the foundation unto the neck. Selah.

14Thou didst strike through with his staves the head of his villages: they came out as a whirlwind to scatter me: their rejoicing was as to devour the poor secretly.

15Thou didst walk through the sea with thine horses, through the heap of great waters.

When you perceive God riding through the inner sea with chariots of salvation, the outer storms yield; fixed beliefs tremble; time itself seems to pause as your awareness aligns with the arrows of intention. The anointed one within—your highest I AM—receives the salvation that comes with naked truth. The wicked schemes lose their power, their foundations exposed, their victories dissolving like a whirlwind when confronted by the light of inward vision. This is not about external conquest alone, but the inner victory of consciousness over limitation, the earth cleaving by the force of fidelity to the Self. As you dwell in this awareness, the apparent 'great waters' subside, and walking through the sea becomes the symbol of moving through any obstacle by the power of imagined conviction.
