Habakkuk 3:19

Biblical Context

The LORD God is my strength. He will make my feet to walk upon high places, giving me secure footing for elevated paths.

Neville's Inner Vision

Habakkuk invites you to realize that the strength spoken of is not a muscle but your I AM awareness. The LORD God within you is the steady, conscious presence by which you know yourself and feel capable. When you say 'The LORD God is my strength,' you are not pleading for power; you are choosing to identify with the I AM that already stands in the heights of your life. The image of feet like hinds' feet is the inner sense that you can find footing on the steep passages because your perception has shifted. As you dwell in this inner certainty, the ascent becomes possible and your day-to-day movements honor that high place within. Your high places are inner states of clarity, courage, and provision that respond to your faith in awareness. So revise any sense of limitation by assuming you walk there now, feeling the ascent in your chest and walking as if you were already there.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and assume the state of I AM as your strength; repeat 'The LORD God is my strength' until it feels real, then visualize yourself walking securely on elevated ground.
