The passage warns that arrogant exploitation invites swift correction, and those who despoil nations will themselves be exposed and brought to account.
Neville's Inner Vision
In the spirit of Neville Goddard, the 'one who increaseth that which is not his' and the heavy 'thick clay' represent your own egoic beliefs and the habits that bind your imagination. The taunting and parable show how your inner self judges and condemns, but these judgments mirror your current state of consciousness. The 'remnant of the people' who shall spoil thee symbolize the parts of your mind that resist truth and fairness. When you identify with power that comes from lack or control, you contract the very conditions you fear. The kingdom of God is your present I AM—an inner authority unaffected by appearances. By revising your sense of self, and by assuming the feeling of already possessing true abundance, you dissolve the apparent threats. The more you dwell in the awareness that you are the consciousness that creates, the more the external scene aligns with harmony rather than collapse. You are the ruler of your inner realm; the world you seek rests in you, now.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes, affirm I AM the wealth and rightful power of my life now; imagine the scene aligned with abundance and justice, and feel it real in your chest until it becomes your immediate experience.
