The Covenant Bow Within

Genesis 9:13, in Neville's tone, reveals the rainbow as the visible token of an inner covenant between my I AM and my earth. The bow in the clouds is not a weather report but a law of consciousness: when I declare that awareness is the ruler of my world, the earth straightens into order. The clouds are the thoughts that roam, fear or doubt; the bow is the decision to remain loyal to the I AM regardless of appearances. Renewal follows any flood of disturbance the moment I revise the scene from outside into inside: I am the I AM, and my life unfolds in obedience to that timeless I AM. The covenant is constant, because it rests on my living assumption, not on external weather. So I do not seek approval from kingdoms or storms; I simply hold the image of a world already aligned with the I AM, and the cloud-bow becomes proof of a renewed earth within me. In this psychological reading, the rainbow is always available as the sign your inner sky is kept in order by your own awareness.
