Biblical Context

Genesis 39:2–3 says the LORD was with Joseph, making him prosperous in his master's house. The outer success reflects an inner realization of the I AM.

Neville's Inner Vision

Joseph stands for your I AM awakened within every circumstance. When the text declares the LORD was with him, it is not a historical fact but a statement about consciousness: your awareness, your I AM, occupies the decisive space of the scene. Prosperity flows not because of luck in the house of the Egyptian master, but because the inner state has become a natural condition. In this light, the phrase house means you are resident in the current environment with God as your ruling principle. The master observing that the LORD is with him and that all he did prosper in his hand is the mind echo that your outer deeds carry the quality of your inner truth. The phrase made all that he did to prosper translates to: every act you undertake, when performed from the awareness of I AM, is guided and energized toward fulfillment. You need only remain faithful to the inner recognition that the LORD is with you now, and the world will reflect this prosperity in your activities.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and declare: The LORD is with me; I am prosperous in all I do. Feel the reality of that presence and revise any sense of lack until it is true now.
