Genesis 28:3 invites you to read the blessing as a description of your inner state. God is the I AM within you, not a distant deity, and blessing is the movement of consciousness toward fullness. To be blessed is to assume a state of fruitfulness already present, to dwell with the conviction that your awareness can proliferate what you need and love. When you hold that inner posture—gratitude, trust, and a quiet certainty—you begin to see the world rearrange itself to reflect your inward abundance. The covenant loyalty is your steadfast attention to that I AM, refusing to permit yourself to be defined by lack or fear. As your inner life grows in assurance, the external circumstances—relationships, health, provisions—extend from that center and multiply. The verse does not promise a distant act of God, but a living truth: your awareness is fertile soil; blessing flows from within, and you become a multitude because your consciousness refuses to contract. Practically, this is a practice of returning your attention to the I AM and acting from the assumption that you are already fruitful and multiplying.
