Led By The Lord In The Way
Genesis 24:26-27 - A Neville Goddard interpretation
Read Genesis 24 in context
Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
A man bows and blesses the LORD, recognizing that God’s mercy and truth accompany him on his route.
Neville's Inner Vision
Blessing is not a ritual for a distant deity, but a turning of your consciousness toward the I AM. In Genesis 24:26–27, the speaker pauses to acknowledge that the path itself is led by God within. The declaration 'Blessed be the LORD God of my master Abraham' becomes a statement of inner alignment: mercy and truth are not withheld from the one who moves in faith; they accompany the moving I AM. You are in the way because your inward state is receptive to divine direction, and outer circumstances mirror that inner leading. When you say 'I being in the way, the LORD led me,' you claim your awareness as the guide and your surroundings following your faithful assent. This is True Worship: an unwavering confidence in the inner source that provides mercy and truth. Practically, re-create this now by assuming the feeling of being led, blessing the I AM as your inner Lord, and watching your world respond with kindness and fidelity.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and assume the I AM guiding you along your current path; bless that inner leading and feel mercy and truth sustaining you as you take the next step.
