Neville's Inner Vision
Genesis 23:5-6 is not about a tomb on the earth but about the inner kingdom of your own consciousness. The Hittites represent the hospitable states of mind within you that recognize your authority in spirit. When they call you a mighty prince, they proclaim your present consciousness as sovereign among its thoughts. The invitation to bury the dead is a vivid symbol: you are ready to lay to rest fear, grief, and outworn identities by a deliberate act of inner acknowledgment. The tombs they offer become inner loci where old conditions can be released without struggle; you no longer resist the past, you simply choose to retire certain thoughts and habits to make room for new energy. As you assume that royal posture, your inner atmosphere becomes cohesive, and all inner states cooperate to support your chosen tomb. In truth, God, the I AM, is the living community within you, and your assumption aligns every aspect of consciousness to cooperate with your life. Practice holding that assumption, and notice how events in your life bend to reflect this inner unity.
Practice This Now
Imaginative act: Assume the I AM as your sovereign self and imagine selecting an inner sepulchre for the past. Feel the release of old fears and the opening of space for abundance.
