Genesis 2:10-11

Biblical Context

A river flows from Eden to water the garden and divides into four streams; the first, Pison, encircles the land of Havilah where gold is found.

Neville's Inner Vision

The verse invites us to read creation as a map of consciousness. The river flowing from Eden is the living I AM—the awareness you are right now. As it leaves the garden and parts into four heads, it signals that every sector of your life—health, wealth, purpose, relationships—receives its nourishment from your inner state. Pison, which encircles Havilah where gold is found, shows that the outer world’s riches are born from the inner stream you identify as yourself. Gold is value, meaning, sufficiency—real wealth that grows when your attention is aligned with the life that flows through you. Wealth is not sought but awakened by the revision: you are the source, the river, the garden, and the treasure. By attending to this inner current, you awaken provision in abundance, because you have chosen to be conscious of abundance rather than chase it.

Practice This Now

Assume you are the river of life; feel it nourishing your life today. Revise any lack thoughts to 'I am abundance now' and dwell in the sensation of already possessing wealth.
