Genesis 1:28

Biblical Context

Genesis 1:28 records God blessing humanity and commanding them to be fruitful, multiply, replenish the earth, and exercise dominion over all creatures. It sets a mandate for order, stewardship, and creative work.

Neville's Inner Vision

God is the I AM within you; the blessing is your awareness blessing itself. To be fruitful is to conceive ideas; to multiply is to widen your inner life with new states of consciousness. Replenish means renewal of your inner atmosphere; subdue signals overcoming fear, resistance, and inertia; and dominion is governing your thoughts and actions with clarity, tending your inner garden rather than conquering others. The verse is a blueprint for inner creation—your world reflects your inner image. When you accept the blessing as present fact, you begin to act from a new center. Your fantasies are the living soil from which forms emerge, not escape. By assuming the state of dominion, you align with your truth and guide outer experiences through inner discipline. The more you dwell in that assumed state, the more your life aligns with it.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and assume you already live as the ruler of your inner garden. Repeat, 'I am the I AM, I have dominion,' and feel the reality of fruitful ideas blooming around you.
