Read Galatians 6 in context

Scripture Focus

7Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
8For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.
9And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
Galatians 6:7-9

Biblical Context

Galatians 6:7-9 teaches that your inner sowing—whether to the flesh or to the Spirit—determines the harvest of your life, and that perseverance in doing good yields the eternal life of Spirit.

Neville's Inner Vision

Your verse speaks not of fickle fortune, but of the state you harbor within. Be not deceived, for God is not mocked; the inner seed you plant becomes the outward weather of your life. To sow to the flesh is to indulge the thinking that you are separate from your Source, and indeed you reap corruption in the texture of your days. But to sow to the Spirit is to dwell in the awareness of the I AM—the unconditioned you, the living field of consciousness where life everlasting already grows. The Spirit is not an outside power but your own interior vibratory state. When you choose the thought that aligns with divine life, you water that seed with feeling, and in due season you shall reap—not in some distant future, but as your inner weather turns to harmony and vitality. Endurance matters because the harvest is the natural consequence of a steady inner practice; faint not, and the garden of your life will reveal the fruit of peace, purpose, and enduring love.

Practice This Now

Assume you have already reaped the Spirit’s harvest. Affirm in your heart, 'I am the Spirit, and life everlasting is my present now,' and feel that truth flooding your thoughts.
