Do Good, See God Within
Galatians 6:10 - A Neville Goddard interpretation
Read Galatians 6 in context
Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
The verse invites you to do good to all whenever you can, with special regard for those who share your faith.
Neville's Inner Vision
All opportunity to do good is not an external duty but a reflection of your inner state waking to life. The 'household of faith' is the part of you you most identify with—the thoughts, habits, and imaginings you call your self. When you act kindly toward all, you are not obeying a distant command; you are impressing the I AM with its natural, generous tone. To extend goodness especially to those who belong to your inner circle is simply a practice in unity: you meet a brother or sister in the mirror and bless them with the same gift you give to a stranger. Your imagination is the seedbed of reality: when you hold the conviction that you are the generous state, the outer world becomes its visible expression. The moment you notice a chance to serve, affirm that you are already that generous presence, and let the feeling of the I AM fill the scene until it feels true.
Practice This Now
Assume the state of limitless generosity: declare 'I am generous now,' then meet every opportunity to aid others as if you already are that self, feeling the giving as real.
