Inner Christ, Outer Circumcision
Galatians 5:2 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Biblical Context
Paul says that circumcision, an outward rite, profits nothing; the true power for righteousness lies in the inner life. The Christ within is available when you rest in the I AM and stop equating God with external acts.
Neville's Inner Vision
Behold, I say unto you: when you graft righteousness onto an outward rite, you sever from the living Christ within. Circumcision, in this sense, is not sacred action but a habit of counting on what you do instead of who you are. The Christ in you is not earned; it is the awareness that you are the I AM, the life by which all things are made. If you seek profit from a symbol, you deny the inside job—the kingdom of God is within, not in obedience to the letter. The moment you imagine you are separate, you dim that light; the moment you declare 'I am' as your total reality, the inner Christ awakens, and all things reflect that truth. This is not contempt for tradition, but a reminder that grace operates in the field of consciousness. Your task is to revise your belief: you already are the Christ; external rites cannot enhance what you already are. Trust in the I AM; let imagination supply the evidence of your wholeness.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and assume you are the I AM, repeating 'I am the Christ in me now' until it feels true; revise the belief that outward rites grant or sustain you, and let that inner reality shape your life.
